Marines PCSing to Marine Corps Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay should report to the Installation Personnel Administration Center located in Building 1043 on the 1st Deck. The center can assist with in-processing procedures including ID cards and temporary meal cards. Be sure and bring all personnel records including medical and dental as well as any financial paperwork when first reporting in.
